15. Delivery of services


15.1. Delivery times vary according to the type of delivery:


3 to 5 working days for normal deliveries. In the case of the Canary Islands in 3-6 working days


2 to 3 working days standard shipping. In the case of Ceuta and Melilla is within 3 to 5 days.


And from 1 to 2 working days express delivery.



16. Returns.


16.1. You can return a product as follows: request for refund through our website and a carrier will collect the item at the address that you specify, always located in the same country that you have made your order. The carrier will contact you. Shipping costs for returning  must be paid by the customer. Products must be in perfect condition and with proof of purchase. Remember that you can print the invoice under "My Account" on our website.


16.2.       For hygienic reasons, swimwear and underwear  can not be returned, exchanged or refunded

16.3.       For returns made ​​and not covered by the Distance Selling regulations , you will be refunded with the monetary value of the goods you have returned to us , at the price you bought them. This includes items on sale.

                  If you want a refund of your item , but you can not return them for whatever reason , we           will refund at our discretion.

                  To accept any return it may be in their original box or bag provided with its package                               and securely closed. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in improper condition ,                 we would have to send it back to sender. Items must bring their original label to be                              refunded.
